Marsippospermum philippii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Chili selatan-tengah hingga Argentina barat daya.. Nama ilmiah Marsippospermum philippii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Franz Georg Philipp Buchenau pada tahun 1915.
