Masdevallia acrochordonia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador selatan. Nama ilmiah Masdevallia acrochordonia diperkenalkan oleh Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach pada tahun 1874.
