Masdevallia alexandri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador (Pichincha). Nama ilmiah Masdevallia alexandri diperkenalkan oleh Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1980.
