Masdevallia hieroglyphica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Norte de Santander). Nama ilmiah Masdevallia hieroglyphica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach pada tahun 1882.
