Masdevallia posadae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia barat hingga Peru utara. Nama ilmiah Masdevallia posadae diperkenalkan oleh Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1982.
