Masdevallia proboscoidea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador tenggara. Nama ilmiah Masdevallia proboscoidea diperkenalkan oleh Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 2004.
