Mastigostyla shepardiae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Peru (Puno). Nama ilmiah Mastigostyla shepardiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Crichton Foster pada tahun 2010.
