Matelea bicolor adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba tenggara. Nama ilmiah Matelea bicolor pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 1941.
