Matelea edwardsensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Texas tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan plateau milkvine. Nama ilmiah Matelea edwardsensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Donovan Stewart Correll pada tahun 1965.
