Meconopsis speciosa subsp. yulongxueshanensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Papaveraceae yang memiliki siklus reproduktif hanya sekali seumur hidupnya (monokarpip). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah China (Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Meconopsis speciosa subsp. yulongxueshanensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christopher Grey-Wilson pada tahun 2014.
