Mediasia macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Asia tengah hingga Afghanistan. Nama ilmiah Mediasia macrophylla diperkenalkan oleh Eduard August von Regel pada tahun 1975.
