Medicago huberi merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Türkiye barat daya. Nama ilmiah Medicago huberi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernest Small pada tahun 1987.
