Medicosma fareana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland timur laut. Nama ilmiah Medicosma fareana diperkenalkan oleh Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1985.
