Medinilla malabarica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari India selatan. Nama ilmiah Medinilla malabarica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Henry Beddome pada tahun 1938.
