Medinilla occidentalis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Medinilla occidentalis diperkenalkan oleh Charles Victor Naudin pada tahun 1851.
