Medusandra mpomiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Peridiscaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kamerun. Nama ilmiah Medusandra mpomiana diperkenalkan oleh René Letouzey pada tahun 1974.
