Medusanthera inaequalis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Stemonuraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua barat daya. Nama ilmiah Medusanthera inaequalis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Timothy Michael Arthur Utteridge pada tahun 2001.
