Megalastrum atrogriseum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Meksiko (Hidalgo, Veracruz, Oaxaca), hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Megalastrum atrogriseum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Christensen pada tahun 1988.
