Megalastrum lanatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Réunion. Nama ilmiah Megalastrum lanatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Antoine Laurent Apollinaire Fée pada tahun 1987.
