Megalastrum oreocharis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Brazil selatan. Nama ilmiah Megalastrum oreocharis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2007.
