Megalochlamys trinervia merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Somalia selatan hingga Kenya timur. Nama ilmiah Megalochlamys trinervia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Kaj Børge Vollesen pada tahun 1989.
