Meineckia capillipes merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guatemala hingga Honduras. Nama ilmiah Meineckia capillipes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sidney Fay Blake pada tahun 1965.
