Meineckia nguruensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania (Pegunungan Nguru). Nama ilmiah Meineckia nguruensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alan Radcliffe-Smith pada tahun 1987.
