Meiosperma bracteatum merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eritrea, Afrika Selatan, Jazirah Arab selatan, hingga India. Nama ilmiah Meiosperma bracteatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Ferdinand Friedrich Hochstetter pada tahun 2022.
