Melaleuca adnata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Australia Barat. Nama ilmiah Melaleuca adnata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nicolai Stepanovitch Turczaninow pada tahun 1852.
