Melastoma pulongtauense merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Melastoma pulongtauense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Khoon Meng Wong pada tahun 2016.
