Melastoma scaberrimum merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Taiwan. Nama ilmiah Melastoma scaberrimum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bunzō Hayata pada tahun 2002.
