Melicope aberrans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Melicope aberrans diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Thomas Gordon Hartley pada tahun 2001.
