Melicope fatraina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Melicope fatraina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Marie Henry Alfred Perrier de la Bâthie pada tahun 2001.
