Melicope hosakae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan honolulu melicope. Nama ilmiah Melicope hosakae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harold St. John pada tahun 1998.
