Melicope pallida merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Kauai, Oahu). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan pale melicope. Nama ilmiah Melicope pallida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William (Wilhelm) Hillebrand pada tahun 1989.
