Melocactus andinus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Venezuela barat laut. Nama ilmiah Melocactus andinus pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1991.
