Melocactus harlowii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kuba tenggara. Nama ilmiah Melocactus harlowii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 1912.
