Melodinus acutiflorus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Pulau Papua bagian timur, timur laut, Queensland timur, hingga New South Wales timur laut. Nama ilmiah Melodinus acutiflorus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1858.
