Melodinus fusiformis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou) hingga Indo-China, Filipina (Luzon). Nama ilmiah Melodinus fusiformis diperkenalkan oleh John George Champion pada tahun 1852.
