Memecylon capitellatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India selatan, Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Memecylon capitellatum diperkenalkan oleh Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
