Memecylon elegans merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Andaman. Nama ilmiah Memecylon elegans diperkenalkan oleh Wilhelm Sulpiz Kurz pada tahun 1872.
