Mentzelia argillicola merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Loasaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu kecil atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Nevada (Lincoln County). Nama ilmiah Mentzelia argillicola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Noel Herman Holmgren pada tahun 2002.
