Saukatibu adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Icacinaceae. Tumbuhan yang dikenal dengan nama ilmiah Merrilliodendron megacarpum ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Filipina hingga Pasifik barat. Nama ilmiah Merrilliodendron megacarpum diperkenalkan oleh William Botting Hemsley pada tahun 1940.
