Mesanthemum pubescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar tengah. Nama ilmiah Mesanthemum pubescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean-Baptiste Lamarck pada tahun 1856.
