Mesechites repens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Hispaniola (termasuk Pulau Navassa), Jamaika. Nama ilmiah Mesechites repens diperkenalkan oleh Nikolaus Joseph von Jacquin pada tahun 1878.
