Mesembryanthemum leptarthron merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Aizoaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk semak dengan siklus hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Mesembryanthemum leptarthron pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alwin Berger pada tahun 1922.
