Mesembryanthemum trichotomum merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Aizoaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat. Nama ilmiah Mesembryanthemum trichotomum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1791.
