Metastelma astephanoides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Metastelma astephanoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1921.
