Mexotis terrellii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Mexotis terrellii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis David H. Lorence pada tahun 2009.
