Miconia argentea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Miconia argentea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Olof Peter Swartz pada tahun 1828.
