Miconia staminea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Paraguay, Argentina (Corrientes). Nama ilmiah Miconia staminea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Louis Auguste Joseph Desrousseaux pada tahun 1828.
