Miconia subsimplex merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Amazonas). Nama ilmiah Miconia subsimplex diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Knud Friedrich Pilger pada tahun 1905.
