Micrachne obtusiflora merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat hingga Chad dan Zambia. Nama ilmiah Micrachne obtusiflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 2015.
