Micranthes idahoensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat laut. Nama ilmiah Micranthes idahoensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Vancouver Piper pada tahun 2007.
